Since inception in 2002 AREXCO has repeatedly broken its limits in terms of both quality and quantity of extrusions and continuously seeks to excel in performance and strive for excellence.
We have continually broken our production records since, with our highest to date being August 2009 in which we produced 884 tonnes on a single 8 inch press and a total of 1510 Tonnes in all.
In terms of extrusions we have produced 11.6 inch or 294 mm extrusions using an 8 inch press as well as 8 inch or 203mm pipe and 8.8 inch or 225mm by 4 inch or 100mm box section and can extrude profiles of weights 0.05kgs up to 18 kg per meter through dies of up to 24 cavities. This is a testament to our skilled die making team. |
