It is well known that UAE is Tanzania’s primary trade and investment partner among the countries that make up the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which is closely followed by Oman. Recent economic and trade monitoring data indicated that value of non-oil foreign trade in the UAE reaching nearly Dh1.63 trillion in 2018, increasing slightly from the Dh1.61 trillion in 2017.
