All-New Nissan X-Terra Expands its SUV range in the Middle East

Nissan has launched the all-new Nissan X-Terra 2021, further solidifying the position of the brand in the Middle East.

The launch of the all-new Nissan X-Terra is a new addition to the line-up in the area, expanding the brand's comprehensive SUV range, while also addressing customer demands in the increasingly rising D-SUV market.

The Nissan Next transformation journey, which started earlier this year with the global launch of the Nissan Ariya, continues with the unveiling of the Nissan Z Proto in September.

Unveiled in a virtual event, the tough yet sophisticated Nissan X-Terra represents 70 years of SUV expertise. It promises to be an ideal partner for customers seeking a reliable partner for both everyday commuting and exciting outdoor adventures.

Driven by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder gasoline engine coupled to a seven-speed automatic transmission, the all-new Nissan X-Terra offers powerful four-wheel drive experience with features including a four-wheel lock, a limited slip differential and an electronic rear lock differential.

Underlining this bold new concept, cutting-edge engineering and a suite of advanced Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies, the all-new X-Terra offers incredible power, driving skills and adventure-ready courage for drivers to travel beyond borders and explore new locations.

Lane Exit Warning, Blind Spot Warning, Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alarm, Intelligent Driver Alert and Intelligent Emergency Braking are available on the Platinum vehicle.

Built in line with Nissan's 'unbreakable' vehicle design concept, the all-new X-Terra provides the right combination of solidity and sleek and futuristic design. The front is reminiscent of the classic Nissan Patrol with a strong new V-motion grid, whose thick frame contrasts with the refined horizontal chrome bars inside.

The overall picture is strong and imposing, with added expressions of sophistication and technology. The C-shaped LED signature headlamps, identical to those on the Patrol, have developed and are being interpreted in a new way on the all-new X-Terra to convey a high-tech impression.

Within, the instrument panel has a full-width horizontal configuration, with its movement extending from door to door to highlight the spaciousness of the cabin. The shapes are bold and strong, but finished in comfortable soft-touch materials. The middle is dominated by a 9-inch intuitive touch-screen monitor, adding enhanced sophistication.

The all-new X-Terra offers the best-in-class ride comfort thanks to the Zero Gravity front and second row seats. Meanwhile, major noise reduction measures around the engine compartment and the use of acoustic glass on both the windshield and side windows help to create a comfortable and peaceful cabin environment for all occupants.

The all-new Nissan X-Terra will be available in seven exterior colours, including bright brown and burgundy. The upscale exterior is balanced by luxury black and light grey interior colours that contribute to the vehicle's richness.

The all-new Nissan X-Terra 2021 will be sold at Nissan showrooms throughout the Middle East in December 2020.
