Enoc Group UAE Opens New Service Station

The Enoc Group has opened a new service station in Umm Al Quwain to supply fuel to vehicles crossing the Sheik Mohammed bin Zayed Road from the Northern Emirates to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, bringing its total number of service stations in the UAE to 150.

The service station is built with five bridged canopies with 10 dispensers; in addition to the stand-alone Diesel Dispenser island. The station has a 288 sq ft ZOOM C-store, Pronto and other F&B options, as well as parking spaces for trucks and a prayer room.

Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, Enoc Group, said: "As part of our expansion plan across the UAE, a new service station is being built to meet the needs of motorists on one of the busiest roads in the country, Sheik Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. We are proud to have been able to move ahead with our expansion plans in the Northern Emirates to meet the demand for fuel despite the challenges we have faced this year."

The station is built in compliance with Umm Al Quwain Municipality green standards, with full CCTV surveillance and automatic number plate detection cameras to ensure the highest level of safety.

Safety features include a fully automated fuel system with Auto Tank Gauging and Electronic Leak Detection.

The station has a one-step steam recovery system to capture the displaced vapours coming from the storage tank when the gasoline is delivered to the tank and a two-step steam recovery system to capture the displaced vapours coming from inside the fuel tank when the gasoline is pumped into the tank.

In order to further enhance the energy efficiency measures at the service station and reduce its carbon footprint, optimised lighting and lighting design have been installed with zero maintenance, low-voltage LED lights with a life span of approximately 50,000 hours reduce energy consumption by 50 per cent.

The station accepts multiple methods of payment, including EnocPay, ViP, Nol and Dubai Now. Customers can also benefit from the 'Yes' rewards programme by earning points and rewards when paying for fuel, automotive services or buying convenience store products and grocery stores; as well as F&B at all stations.
