Edamah Property Management Company (EPMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Edamah, has announced the signing of a lease agreement with Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) to run a branch dedicated to automotive financing in the soon-to-be renovated Sitra Mall.

KFH-Bahrain Auto will concentrate on auto finance vehicle financing solutions, serving customers of major car dealerships in the Kingdom, most of which are located in the city.

EPMC General Manager Waleed Adel Ali said: "We are committed to supporting local communities by carefully choosing strategic partners who can add value to our managed assets and developments. We plan to give Sitra Mall visitors a wide range of facilities, shopping and dining options while at the same time taking advantage of the location of the waterfront mall."

"We are pleased to welcome our newest tenant, KFH-Bahrain, who will provide essential support services to the motor industry, which is itself a major contributor to Sitra business," he said.

KFH-Bahrain Head of Retail Banking Hamed Yousef Mashal expressed his delight at the signing of a lease agreement with Edamah Property Management Firm.

"Our auto finance branch at Sitra Mall is very conveniently located because of the availability of car dealers and buyers in the city," he said.

"Opening a customer service center at this strategic location would help us provide our customers with unique auto financing solutions and improve our partnerships with a large number of car dealerships in the vicinity, with whom we will work to make our affordable auto financing choices more readily available," he added.
