Bugatti and Behbehani have announced a strategic after-sales service relationship.



Behbehani Brothers, an automobile industry pioneer, has announced the signing of a strategic Service Partner agreement with Bugatti, the exclusive French hyper sports car line.

Bugatti Service Partners and Bugatti Service Partners of Excellence are part of the Bugatti Service Partner Network. While both partners are capable of handling a wide range of service and maintenance needs, the Partners of Excellence will be in charge of more sophisticated maintenance and repairs.

Anthony Palmer, a highly trained specialist Bugatti Trained mechanic with more than 8 years of expertise in repairing Bugatti automobiles and 30 years in the Automotive technical service business, will supervise the Bahrain Partner Network. Any Bugatti owner, whether in Bahrain or elsewhere, can benefit from the Bugatti Services portfolio at any time.

Steven Hill, Group General Manager of Behbehani Brothers, and Christian Mastro, Member of the Board of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service at Bugatti, signed the formal agreement. Bugatti customers now now have peace of mind and access to a specialised team of Aftersales professionals at the Behbehani Group Service Centre in Sitra, Bahrain, thanks to the arrangement.

The specialised private workshop is fully equipped with Bugatti specialist tooling and equipment, as well as a supply chain of original Bugatti spare parts and accessories. Our qualified technical team does all repairs in accordance with the Bugatti marque's strict quality control processes, criteria, and rules.

Recently, Bugatti launched the Passeport Tranquillité service programme, which makes the ongoing maintenance and ownership easier than ever. Veyron and Chiron owners can choose a complete ‘peace of mind’ solution with the new service programme, which includes one service per year with an official Bugatti service partner. The Passeport Tranquillité is designed to cover vehicle life after the end of the Bugatti-provided standard warranty period.
