Al Tayer Motors, the official Ford Trucks importer-dealer in the UAE, established the brand's first 3S - Sales, Service, and Spare Parts - facility at Dubai Investments Park, in the heart of the city's transportation and logistics centre.
A showroom with a two-truck exhibit, a pleasant service area with a client lounge, and a fully equipped service centre with six work bays are all part of the 2700 square metre facility devoted to Ford Trucks. The location is manned with Sales and Service experts that can assist clients with all of their needs.
"Our Ford Trucks business continues to develop, and we now have a strategically positioned all-new facility with servicing as well as sales operations and more, making it very easy for our clients. That will assist to decrease downtime, boost operational efficiency in their enterprises, and enable us engage with them better," stated Ashok Khanna, CEO of Al Tayer Motors.
The Ford Trucks building was constructed with an energy-saving Building Management System (BMS) to regulate the lighting, air conditioning, and natural skylights - creating a fantastic working environment for our customers and staff while lowering its carbon footprint. All oil filters and garbage in the factory are recycled, making the process more ecologically friendly.
