Peter Gerritsen, president of the worldwide Taan Network was in Dubai to launch 'Accelerate' the technology division of The Big Idea (TBI).

Speaking on the occasion, Gerritsen said: "In the last decade, web, mobile and cloud technologies have transformed the way we communicate and influence consumer behaviour. Taan worldwide network is built on the concept that shared knowledge, technology and intelligence creates powerful insight in addressing the goals of agencies and marketers throughout the world. It is a well-known fact that the UAE and other Gulf countries are early adopters of any new technology and I am confident that TBI's Accelerate will help marketers connect the dots."

Accelerate will have an innovation lab and will develop its own tech products that will include enterprise mobility solutions, mobile apps, gamification and e-commerce platforms. According to Hoshi Siganporia, CEO of TBI: "The convergence of creativity and technology have resulted in creating richer and more impactful experiences."

Accelerate's service offerings will include customised solutions for small and mid-size enterprises. The focus will be to create technology solutions to enhance customer experiences and improve collaboration and productivity within an enterprise.
